Company Background
Danrock, Inc. was incorporated in New Jersey in 1999 after acquiring all of the assets of Danroc, Inc. This acquisition included all inventory, customer files, and key personnel. Danroc, Inc., established in 1990, had maintained an excellent reputation in the electronics industry.
As the company substantially increased its inventory level, Danrock, Inc., moved to Rahway, New Jersey
In January 2002, Danrock, Inc. relocated to Fort Myers, Florida to an even larger facility to handle its growing inventory and better serve the needs of its customers.
